Greetings from the manager for the new year

January 1 day 2021

happy New Year. I'm Takano, the manager of the Minami Aso Luna Observatory / Forest Atelier. We would like to express our sincere greetings from the starry sky inn in Aso Kuju National Park.

First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to you who are looking at this right now.

It is a very difficult situation for the tourist accommodation industry, but it is thanks to all of you that we can continue our business this year. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of us for supporting us in various ways, such as staying, online, and through government measures.

Although I am an accommodation facility, I will continue to do my best to turn this gratitude into power and help society through "astronomy and starry sky."

By the way, the hotel is working on the renovation of the main building from 1 to 3, and is scheduled to be reopened in 3. We will welcome you not only for a more comfortable stay, but also for further refining the popular starry sky experience.

In addition, we will put even more effort into the Virtual Astronomical Club ™, which started last year and is the first astronomical club activity in Japan that you can participate in with your smartphone. I would like to work with the members to create a "starry sky experience that transcends time and space," which is required in the age of with Corona.

We will take some time to start making reservations for the main building, but we appreciate your patronage this year as well.
